Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils therapeutically for physical and mental well-being. You will experience deep physical relaxation as the tension in your muscles is eased with massage, acupressure and breathing techniques. The aromas of the essential oils will also calm your mind and relax your nervous system. At the end your treatment you will feel balanced and revitalised.
Healing the body can heal the soul and in my practice my aim is to bring the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy to my clients: bringing into balance their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
I am a professionally qualified and experienced practitioner of aromatherapy and massage therapies. I strive to work holistically and have chosen to use the traditional method of prescribing a bespoke blend of essential and carrier oils for use in my practice.
I have studied a variety of alternative therapies and have gained a number of qualifications including Neal’s Yard Remedies Diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Science, Advanced Massage Techniques, Indian Facial Rejuvenation Massage, Advanced Pregnancy Massage, ITHMA Advanced Certificate Course in Teaching Infant Massage, Elaine Tomkins Deep Tissue Massage, Remedial Massage for Injury Prevention, SEED Hot Stone Massage and Adult and Child First Aid.
I am fully insured and professionally regulated by IFPA (International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists)
