A traditional full body Abhyanga massage from head to toe incorporating warm herbal oil, abhyanga massage techniques and marma acupressure. To begin, warm herbal oil is applied to the body using specific types of abhyanga massage techniques depending on the imbalance. Marma point therapy is done in conjunction to repair the tissues and stimulate the action of the vital fluids and prana to supply the body's structures and their related organs. Areas where knots, adhesions, muscle tension and tightness are will also be focused on. The herbalised oil helps to balance the flow of the three doshas in the body's tissues that connect to the body's various channels. Proper flow through the channels insures your vital fluids reach their destinations, which in turn allows pranic flow to properly function to combat disease and illnesses.
Treats sciatica, osteo arthritis, RSI, stress/strain, tension and muscle fatigue.
