A very average experience. There was a baby swimming club going on at the same time as using the spa. I don't think that baby swimming classes should run at the same time as the spa. A spa is for relaxation. If I wanted be surrounded by children I wouldn't need to leave home. I believe that the pool sessions should be advertised so customers can then choose to be surrounded by babies or not! Personally I don't find this relaxing. There was a poo in the shower from one of the kids to, not great!

The spa was excellent, my girlfriend and I opted for the 55 min. full body massage, with access to the spa facilities. The swimming pool was of good size, the hot tub was excellent, the steam and sauna room was refreshing. The only downside to the experience was the pool: myself and others were leisurely swimming lengths in the pool, but some families took the opportunity to take their children for swimming lessons, despite the 'no jumping or diving' signs around the pool.

The staff at front reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The afternoon tea, and the waitresses were excellent. Although the facilities were great, it was the staff who stood out in terms of the service I was very impressed. The massage was fantastic. Definitely the best spa day experience I have had.

There wasn’t really any spa facilities, it was small on poolside and was busy so we left after an hour and went for a drink whilst waiting for our afternoon tea. We waited 25 minutes to be shown round, The treatment room for our massages were small. The layout isn’t great, having to walk past a really busy bar after a treatment or just walking to your treatment after being in the pool is embarrassing and uncomfortable. We then had afternoon tea, barely anything on it and didn’t get asked about what options we’d like for sandwiches and we ended up with the ones we really dislike. We was there 2 hours all together and went home.
