The first 10 mins of your appointment will be used to review your musculoskeletal history, any medical issues and to agree areas of focus/preferred types of treatment. You may wish to consider upgrading to a full 75 minute osteopathic consultation, diagnosis and treatment -- osteopathy offers a more thorough evaluation of your symptoms including spinal assessment, a much greater range of treatments and techniques, but includes all types of massage as well, as appropriate to your diagnosis & treatment plan.
Book an osteopathic consultation if you have a specific musculoskeletal problem that you would like to have assessed and treated; or stick with the massage if you just want a relaxing general treatment for your muscles and body tissues.
