Hi. First visit, welcoming. But disappointing, room untidy (living room not a treatment room), massage bench not covered all the way so I couldn't use the face hole. Overall experience not very relaxing as full ceiling light on, normal radio (talking no music) and I was cold. Room not warm enough. Swedish massage not professional, not enough pressure and too "jumpy" hands no flow. Sadly not returning to this venue. I hope she can improve athmosfere (relaxing music and lighting, extra heater) on and her techniques.

My appointment was cancelled 3 mins before it was due to start - I was already parked up by the venue. Please note the venue is also a house, not a salon, limited parking and I was slightly relieved my appointment ended up being cancelled after pulling up outside.

I had waxing with that lady. She is very polite and nice.She is using very good products. She is doing it at her home so you might feel that you will not get it what you want. But she is giving you plenty of time, not pushing for another appointment so you do not feel uncomfortable. 4 stars from me.
