The Impact of our Emotions and Thoughts on the Body

Every emotion, good and bad, and every thought that passes thought our minds has an effect on our bodies, and can be felt somewhere inside
Yoga and the chakras help us to become aware of how what we think, feel and experience can affect our internal health and happiness, and simultaneously, our sense of balance.
It is believed that over 75% of physical dis-ease and illness is brought about through an imbalance in our hormonal glands, often influenced by the external stress we experience in our daily lives and situations we come across.
This course will look at the 7 chakra points that are associated with our hormonal glands, connecting emotional with physical to highlight the link between our emotions and our health.
Alternative techniques such as yoga therapy, aroma therapy, colour, crystal and sound therapy, meditation and reiki therapies will be explored to equip you with the tools for understanding and re-balancing your body, emotions and hormonal glands, and thereby helping to unblock any dis-ease you may be feeling or experiencing in a certain area of your life.
