Smoking is both physically and psychologically addictive. On our programme you will retrain both your subconscious and conscious minds to give up smoking. Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) will retrain your subconscious, whilst coaching and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) will retrain your conscious mind.
How Does it work?
After an initial consultation, intake and questionnaire, you will have your first session at our London clinic. This will last about 55 minutes and will look at new ways to relax and how to replace your old smoking behaviours. You will also get help with cravings and withdrawal symptoms. At this session we will discuss your habit in detail and set your quit date, which will normally be the day of your next session.
Session two is your quit session and lasts 55 minutes. This session involves powerful hypnotherapy and strategies to help with your first days smoke free. You will normally quit without cutting down the amount you smoke. Over the next couple of weeks you will feel the withdrawal of not having nicotine. You will also have to overcome the psychological side of your addiction.
