New row is not open. Was told to go to Soho. Was not clean and the hairdresser was very unfriendly. Asked for a restyle and my hair looks exactly the same. Complete waste of money.

It was a little painful as I left it for so long! But the beautician was really great and handled it really well! And the results look amazing! Would deffo come back :)

Firstly, the new row salon is permenantly closed. I don't know why treatwell has it still up. I was only made aware 30 minutes before my appointment that I had been rescheduled to another branch (soho). The hair cut was not good either, not very clean the and I would not reccomend the place to anyone. I would quite like a refund.
