Ersilia uses a holistic approach which, while different from other sports massages I’ve had, was very thorough. She excels at root-cause analysis and was able to notice and teach me things about how my body was functioning (in my case, compensating) that scores of massage therapists, osteos, and PTs had failed to notice. I left feeling much better, very relaxed, and deeply appreciative of her advice on various stretches, exercises, and anti-inflammatory practices to deal with my discomfort.
