New clients can try three taster Boot Camp sessions and only pay for one. Try out one session for £15 and we’ll let you train two more times for free. Hi Fit Boot Camp sessions run for 45-60 minutes and provide a powerful combination of cardio and strength exercises for a whole body workout that helps weight loss, toning and strength. Sessions are outdoors and indoors and include using suspension training, harness work, boxing and weight training. The sessions get the heart rate up, burn fat and are good fun.

Our Boot Camp is non-military (so no yelling), and group sessions are held outside or indoors – depending on the weather.
