Very good cleansing facial with meticulous extractions. No product pushing and lovely expert therapist. Will return for a facial series and might buy products which seem very good.

The massage was fantastic and the therapist excellent. However, due to major road works in the area I was 30minutes late, which I understand is my fault. But I wasn't offered an alternative appointment when I called to explain I would be late and assumed it would be fine to have my full hour when I arrived but they would only give me the 30minutes.
