Absolutely love my cut, I made a drastic change from long to short and shaven so was a little worried but was taken care of sooo well! I will definitely be back thank you so much!

Unpleasant experience. I booked a haircut with Massimo and at my arrival the Manager in a rude way told me there weren’t any appointment scheduled on my name and Massimo hadn’t time anyway and asked me to schedule in a different time. After showing her both the email and the text message with the booking confirmation she made a phone call and found out that my booking had been received correctly but she did not know how to find it. She kept making me feel unwelcome and got nervous too. At some point she confirmed they could take care of me finally. Well, instead of having the haircut with Massimo I ended up with her. The result has been very disappointing despite having explained what I wanted she did differently and the finishing was really poor.I went home unhappy and nervous! Never again! A waste of money if considered that I have now to have another haircut AGAIN. Unbelievable!

Had a lovely visit to Sanrizz. The hairdresser took the time to find out what I wanted. The shampoo and conditioning treatment was lovely. The cut was a little bit more layered than I usually like wihch makes it feel thinner on the ends. But it still looks nice.
