Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese form of exercise driven from Taoism, one of China’s oldest belief systems. The practice of Tai Chi Chuan is beneficial to health and is also a subtle, sophisticated and scientific form of self-defence.

In todays fast paced world, people are realising that what is traditionaly thought of as exercise and general fitness, can't alone sustain well-being through life. for health and well-being to be truly optimized and balanced it should include body, mind and spirit. Thus Feeling The Healing came to be. A well-being and fitness studio that uses Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation and Holistic Personal Training, to create indevidually tailored programmes and packages, to best suit the growing needs of clients. We offer 1 to 1, couples or small groups (up to 4 people). As well as group classes up to 12 people.

We invite you to commit to making a positive change in your life. In a suppotive evironment we encourage you to develope a daily practice and a basic theraputice approach to life. Through our unique system of exercise we will teach you how to live with greater understanding and awareness of what it means to be healthy, fit and well.
