The Fitness Suite offers you 10 sessions for £395 (normally £600). The training sessions last for 1 hour and are designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The training sessions are given by top personal trainers experienced in helping clients achieve goals ranging from running marathons to getting back in shape after having a baby.
The sessions will be progressive to leave fitter, stronger or faster than you were at the beginning.
A consultation will form part of your 1st session to ascertain your goals as well as your likes and dislikes. After that the hard begins, but you'll find that it will be well worth it in the end!!
Restrictions: Sessions to be completed within 6 weeks of 1st session
