All was well, lovely lady and great value, EXCEPT when i got there i was told that there was no sign of my appointment on the diary and to come back in an hour. As the spa was the other side of town, i didnt see the point in going home again. Waste of time waiting around for the new time. Dont know what happened with my booking. They did apologise.

Spa experience is good, but the new menu in the cafe is uninspiring and poorly executed. I'm wondering what I earth I can eat next time I go.

I feel it is overpriced for what you get,it is not a full half hour,the therapist didn't know much about how the shells being used, i work in the same industry myself for the past 20 years,the staff need some lessons on communication and personal development, i'm sure most of the staff are just out of college and don't have much experience,which is understandable The client should feel comfortable at all times and feel welcome,that was certainly the opposite from the experience i received, i would not recommend to anyone!! More training Mr Bannatyne before you employ your therapists...
