I would have liked for the massage therapist to ask me which areas are problematic and then concentrate on those areas. I also ended up telling her that my lower back hurts but there wasn't enough time and so she just applied a cooling gel. A few minutes spent massaging problem area would have been really great instead of taking shortcut to cooling gel. Was very disappointed with the way my request was handled.

We had a lovely day at the spa. The pool area has loungers but it was very warm so you couldn’t sit there for too long. Children are allowed in the pool in the morning which didn’t bother me but my two friends were surprised that children were allowed especially when you have paid for a relaxing spa day. The spa changing rooms and relaxation rooms were really nice. It is a shame that normal tea isn’t offered in the refreshments room. The treatment I had was very nice as were all of the staff.

very enjoyable staff very good steam room could have been a bit cleaner then later it was closed jacuzzi thought was a bit small, did not spoil our day though. Lunch very good. relaxation room needs to have a better quiet notice. would go again.

The swimming pool was full of loud children and it was a regular school day/morning. I can't imagine what it must be like on the weekend or during holiday. Shame as the facilities are nice. Not a relaxing spa experience I expected!
