Firstly the staff were all really nice, if you need help they’ll be there. Rooms were nice, dinners were a let down, disnt taste great, not enough choice and if you’re getting a package like I did then the dinner menu is limited unless of course you don’t mind paying more. Spa has a really small pool, sauna n steam room no jacuzzi or hotub. Overall it was an ok stay, if you’re going for a decent room and you’re not to bothered about the spa side then you wont this place, staff were great.

All was pretty great considering we only paid £99! The only thing which let it down was the evening meal - It took a long while to be served & also heard other tables making the same complaint so we knew we weren't imagining it! The food - when it arrived was average, but I would definitely re-visit as it was such a good value deal.

The evening meal was very poor quality. I had to send my first course back and chose something else. Breakfast was much better but not excellent.
The room was nicely decorated but only had one bedside table.
The pool was small but nice and sadly no jacuzzi.

Had a great weekend away, room was adequate although very hot even with the window open and the fan on. The feet on the fan were broken and the fan wouldn't stand on it's own so we had to get a replacement, this was done really quickly with no fuss.
One of the ladies on reception all weekend was so nice, friendly and helpful, think her name was Helen but not sure.
The restaurant was quiet when we arrived but we still had to wait a few minutes to be noticed and then seated. Staff seemed a bit slow to take our dinner and drinks order but that was because they had a large group coming in.
Overall, I would go back, very close to a large Asda and bus stops into Norwich town centre which was a 20 minute ride.
