Very dissapointed after booking a deluxe pedicure I expected a pedicure
With shelac polish to be removed and new polish to be replaced
When I asked why the beautician was not soaking my feet I was told that if I ask for shelac they don't soak your feet and if I wanted that I would need to pay an extra £10 ?? On top of the £28 !! - I can get a full pedicure with shelac in formby for £20 so I will not be recommending tranquil spa or book a pedicure here again .
. Really poor to advertise a pedicure when it's not provided.

I had a very good pedicure, the result is super, the staff were excellent and the place was spotless.
I shall be happy to come back.

As usual everything fab - Sarah looked after me not the cheapest salon in Formby but reliable and friendly staff. would recommend to anyone - love the app easy to book appointments instead of struggling to get through on the phone

Wonderful experience. Other salons take note - if you need to learn about customer service book yourself into this Tranquil Spa and you will be better for it.

I have had a hot stuff body polish her when it was dove spa and it was lovely however this time it was just a simple body scrub minus the 'hot stuff' cost me £ 38 and I could have bought a tub of exfoliator scub for £5 and done it myself :-( really disappointed
