It's a shame you only get to leave 5 stars, incredible place, amazing service! Never been treated so politely and well in any salon I've ever been to, and they do an incredible job! Outstanding cut with even better service!
I'd booked a 75min luxury pedicure and when I arrived she was doing the manager 's feet and then started mine I had 45 mins in total and she didn't put my feet in the warm booties which I was looking forward to. I feel I was let down after paying for 75mins and only got 45. I should have booked the normal pedicure and paid less even though the girl was very pleasant . I didn't get what I paid for. As I've been ill recently I feel let down😞

As a 50+ female with a life-long inability to use a hair-drier without garotting myself in the process, having a hairdresser who knows how to tame my long, thick and frizz-prone hair is an essential part of my weekly routine. In addition, I have the greying hair associated with pre-menopausal females, so colour is also a critical part of the services I demand from my hair dresser. The guys at Obsession have consistently blissed me out - my hair always, always looks fabulous, this is a 'given'. The delight comes from their ability to anticipate what my hair needs to remain lustrous and healthy way before I experience any problems. I love that I can sit in silent reflection when I need, or quietly get on with some work, or simply chat about books or music if the mood takes me - they respond to how I am, never forcing conversation or opinions. This discretion is almost as vital as their skill as a stylist. A relaxing and confidence boosting experience every time. With Obsession I know I'm in safe hands ......
Went to have my hair cut as it became difficult to manage after having a baby. I needed nice trim, possibly with layers and nice blow dry in the end. I didn't get the service I was expecting. I saw stylist as though she would help me the best with my problematic hair and give me advice..stylist basically chopped my hair reducing the length too much. She advised my hair to be cut a bit however after she dried, it was much too short that she showed she would cut..my hair is now chopped straight with no layers at all what's so ever and I can't manage it..my hair is even worst than before hair cut. So dissappointed. i paid much more than seeing a normal hairdresser and it wasn't worth it. I also didn't get any blow dry..she used just a normal brush while I was expecting her to use round brush to make the style nicer..she used no hair spry..basically I looked worst than I came to salon. I won't be going there anymore. I've been there few times ad only ONCE I got hair cut I liked. I think I'll look at youtube how to cut my hair by myself next time ...of course after it grows back..my hair was already long till half back now after horrible chopped hair cut it's barely up to my arms and it supposed to be just couple of cm. shocking!!!
Late in writing this review. Loved My colour, Ritual treatment excellent and so was my Cut . All the staff so Helpful and friendly . Special Thank you to Little Danny and Suzy For their Excellent advice and care .
