Describe your visit to The Bannatyne Spa Milton Keynes my booking had not gone through onto their system. therefore I was left looking stupid at the front desk. My booking had to be re arranged dor the same day. Not impressed. very disappointed

I brought a spa day for my mum as a Christmas present for something we could enjoy together, as a beauty therapist myself I was not impressed with my treatment we both got a back neck and shoulder massage and my therapist did the total opposite from what I asked pressure wise and at one point really hurt me, fortunately my mum enjoyed hers. We didn't get to use the rest of the facilities as we didn't get reminded when booking the treatment that it was an additional cost for the robe and towels, if we had known that we would of brought money with us

This is a really nice spa, for the price it was totally fantastic. Staff were helpful and polite, the facilities are good, treatments were great, and it feels like a proper spa rather than being tacked on the end of a gym like some I've been to. Will definitely be going back.

I bought this spa day for my mother and sister; they said that the spa treatments were great but that the customer service at the reception desk was poor. The venue had made a mistake with the booking time, and were unapologetic and made my guests feel as if they were being an inconvenience - hardly a relaxing start to the spa day!
