Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I turned up 15 mins early as required despite getting very confused as to where I was supposed to go. Once I found a reception desk to sign in and for someone to take me to my treatment, I then waited 40 minutes. Reception was trying to get hold of the studio but couldn’t get an answer. Finally, someone asked to speak to me and explained that Sophia would not be coming in and why. It seemed reasonable when she said she would add in an extra treatment when I rebooked, but after getting a mobile number to text to arrange this, I still have not had a reply. Disappointed!
