Booked online for a facial and therapeutic massage for two people, however, when we arrived we were told that we weren't actually booked in and they had no knowledge of our booking! We were told that it was too short notice to fit us in as she was busy with other people! Both of us had travelled from the other side of town and one of us had taken an afternoon off work! The therapist had no sympathy with the situation and actually felt as though the blame was on us! If there was no availability, we shouldn't have been able to book and wouldn't have wasted our time!
Classic Facials
The young lady who looked after me was lovely. Very polite and professional. However the place looked tired and was in need of a complete make over. I also thought the layout of the place was far too public. I would have preferred not to have sat in the window for my pedicure. Megan did give me the choice of moving and I should have accepted her offer. Thanks to you all. Kind regards Tracey
