The most painful wax ive had. Seemed really rushed and i suffered because of it, left with hands covered in wax, cottonbud fluff stuck to my body, red raw and lots of hair still wasnt removed. Ive been before and it was never like this so maybe was just a bad day. Unfortunately this type of waxing going wrong is enough to make someone never want to return

Needed a quick trim,there was no option to wash cut and blow dry for long hair so I chose the closest option.I asked why there was no option for long hair.She started becoming defensive blamed treatwell for the advertising and told me I should of contacted her directly.little did she know if she had good service I would of paid extra for a good blow dry.She took a photo of me without my permission,no masks,shop looked dated and old, no heat spray used to blow dry my hair.Hair feels like dry hay.

They were so rude , I went in 15 mins early to my appointment and she claimed I was 20 mins late and that she Was about to close the shop but whatever she said so she took me into the wax room ( but I'm meant to get a wash cut and blow-dry) so I said I'm here for my hair , she had no idea what I was talking about and said that I should go. Very hostile I'm quite glad actually as I don't think I would of wanted to get my hair done in there anyway after that.
