Dear Client, I am very sure everybody that call our customer line for an appointment will agree that we are very efficient and accommodating even at last minute. In this case, try to take some responsibility for the fact that you did not give sufficient notice to a treatment that requires to be done only by a specialist. You booked for Advanced Eyelash Extensions after 10pm on the 21st May, for 2pm on the 22nd May (the next day). We called you first thing in the morning soon as we opened up (at 10am) to inform you that the Specialist may not be available for this as it was booked on overnight on Wahanda system (which you did not get a Confirmation for). Our Lash Specialist is very popular, and apart from working across our 3 salons, she does Lash Extensions and Make-up for a few other celebrities, so sufficient notice is required. In the future, pls give us at least 24 hour notice for Novalash Treatment, or call us directly to find out availability for this, because it is NOT done by anybody and anyone. It is a Specialist skill. I apologize for your event though Sole Beauty Customer Service
