Dear Justyna, First of all, I'd like to apologise for us not being able to treat you on your birthday. As we explained the beautician came in but was not feeling well so we had to sent her home early, and this things happen. However I am rather disappointed with your review of our company. We did not refuse your refund; in fact we emailed Wowcher, whom you bought your Voucher from. on your behalf and informed them so they can process your requested refund. Money from 3rd Party Voucher does NOT come to our company until the client actually attends the appointment and present their voucher. Moreover, you actually had an appointment last month, which you cancelled yourself and we were more than accommodating and re-booked you even though your Voucher had actually expired on 5th May. We will chase up Wowcher to refund your voucher; meanwhile I hereby ask that you kindly remove this review from our page. Michael Campbell (Business Development Manager)
