I'm a customer who goes to the salon regularly and I have never seen Waheeda the owner be rude to any of her customers or staff so I do not understand why you have a problem with her or her services. I, myself have used a voucher at her salon and there was no difference in the way she treated me. Your opinions don't make sense at all you're a big headed women and if you have a problem then instead of chatting crap just go to a different salon. The way you're speaking sounds like you need VIP treatment then go off and spend thousands and get a five star treatment there is no need to be rude to such a kind hearted lady.
