Hi, we can only apologise for the delay with the commencement of your treatments. We try to make it clear enough to our clients and ask that they allow themselves enough time to find the venue, however sometimes this is not always the case and clients can arrive 5/10mins late which then has a knock effect throughout the day creating a delay to the next client and so on. We are pleased that the massage redeemed us with the delay and it's delight to read that it was "The Best" massage you've ever experienced! ;o) Thank you and we hope to see you again soon.
