Our rooms are usually always on the cozy (warm) side. We weren't aware of what the problem was with the heating until later. The whole road had a power cut the day before and on the morning of the treatment, there wasn't an issue otherwise we would have rescheduled, we later found out that the power cut blew the circuit on our boiler. This was unfortunate and out of our hands.
