Dear Madam, Thank-you for posting your comment with regards to your recent visit to Imagine Quy Mill. Firstly please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you encountered, and please rest assured that this is not the normal level of service we pride ourselves on and certainly not what we are known for. Your comments have been taken on-board to ensure we learn from this and carry-out further re-training to ensure such issues do not occur again.
