Hi Thank you for your comments. I have recently taken over as General Manager of Adamina Spa. The spa was completely re-decorated last year and is looking gorgeous. I'm sorry you were not 100% happy with your service. I operate with very strict standards of cleanliness and tidyness now. I would love the opportunity to regain your goodwill and would like to offer you 50% off a Comfort Zone Facial treatment if you would like to return. I'm aware your visit was some time ago but would like to stress that I now guarantee all services at Adamina Spa. If any guest is unhappy please contact me immediately.
