Really interesting feedback. I have never been to this yoga centre but only to Triyoga and Indaba Yoga. Usually staff members are all volunteers, they get free yoga classes in exchange of covering the front desk. Although this works on paper, I have noticed that unpaid staff may not have the level of customer service requested. Personally, if a teacher is rude or forcing you into a pose, I refuse to oblige and leave the class. The true philosophy of yoga is about working within your abilities.
