I didn't have a great experience there. The salon is inside a clothes shop.
When I called the salon for the first time, the therapist recommended me not to go through Wahanda and suggested that they give me the same price as them. Then I called again on the day of the treatment, a receptionist said they haven't booked me in. I had to keep ringing them to get through to the therapist and they were engaged for a long time, then when I did get through, they said actually I was booked in. The man I spoke to insisted that I should have a patch test before the treatment even though the therapist told me I didn't need to, as I had a lot of treatments in the past in other salons. When I got there the therapist changed her mind and started saying she can't do the price but especially for me she can do it, even though normally they won't give that price and said I can have a treatment without the patch test. She insisted I pay before the treatment. They weren't very friendly and didn't have a good customer service skills and kept changing what they were saying, I don't think I'll go back.
