The treatment was very nice but I was disappointed with the rest of the day.
It's not a very well organised venue - they could do with being more co-ordinated.
We had lunch included with our day. There is basically a room where the food is served (not really a restaurant) which would be fine but there was no staff in there. You're left to your own devises. The waiter/waitresses seem to pop in and out but there really needs to be somone there meeting and greating.
There is no order and no where near enough room. You have no choice but to share a table with other diners with no one from the hotel to co-ordinate it. They ran out of water and hot water for tea and no one filled these back up along with spoons etc.
A few people have said the same thing so it wasn't a surprise but still very disappointing - There is absolutely no space in the relaxation room. They need a second room. Everyone gets ushered into this room after the treatment to drink water and you're just left standing there with another 5 people and no seats.
The pool, sauna and steam room are nice but again there really needs to be someone there keeping an eye on things. Someone put towels on 5 of the pool side loungers and didn't come back for hours. Which meant again - no were to sit and relax.
Over all - nice venue but lack of seating/staff co-ordinating visitors really lets this place down.
