To be honest, this isn't really a criticism of the salon. This is a criticism of Wahandas system. This is the second time I've used Wahanda, and the last! Twice now, I've booked a service online at a specific time, then I've received an email from the venue, telling me they can't do that time, and have given me a slot hours later!
What's the point of being able to select a time if you can't ever have it? As a result - again - I missed out, (couldn't make the time they wanted) paid for a service I didn't receive, and am now chasing Wahanda for a refund. Unacceptable! So, who knows what this salon is like. Probably very nice, judging by the other reviews. I'm only posting this because Wahanda insist on emailing me to ask how wonderful my treatment was, despite knowing that yet again, I didn't have a treatment due to they incompetence....
