I'm afraid I can't actually review this treatment because I didn't get as far as having a treatment - I booked a full body massage for 7pm, spent an hour getting to the venue on the bus, only to find the salon completely closed down with the signs inside and everyone gone home. I called the number listed for the salon and was told the therapist might have popped out, but low and behold after standing in the cold until 7.15pm it because increasingly apparent that no one was coming back. I even emailed the venue directly to tell them what happened and have had no response from them (apart from a nice lady called Jay who seems to work in their central reservations area as they own two salons who tried to contact both the therapist and manager of the store for me). In the end, a refund had to be requested through Wananda as no one from the salon could be bothered to respond to me or deal with my request for a refund. Avoid!!!
