Very disappointed with this hotel and spa. Firstly there was no spec for parking in the hotel. Check in was from 2 pm I arrived at 215 and was informed my room wasn't ready and I could wait in the bar area. There was no offer of a tea or coffee while I was waiting and in fact I had to pay for these myself. I was told it would only be a 10 minute wait I actually waited an hour and ended up going back to reception myself. I had a treatment booked for 330 so this ment I was unable to access my room to unpack and prepare for my treatment, I went straight for my treatment. My bag was left at reception I was told someone would take to my room this did not happen either, 3 hours later I collected my bags myself. Reception staff seemed preoccupied and uninterested.
Spa facilities are poor and unorganised. I booked my treatment before I arrived as suggested on the booking form. I was told they only had space for a half hour treatment not an hour. I accepted this along with another half hour treatment the next day only to be disturbed during breakfast the next day being asked why I wasn't at the treatment I had booked for an hour at 10am. I had not made this booking!!!!
All in all not a 4 star hotel staff are incompetent and verge on rude and their is a lack of communication and organisation resulting in poor customer service, I would not stay here again. Waste of time and money.
