I went in for a full head and I specifically told Emma, the hair dresser I needed low lights, as it was too blonde. She had about 3 haircuts on the go as well as mine, so everything felt very rushed. As they were washing the foils out I could see hairdressers coming to the sink and whispering. I asked if anything was wrong and they all said no. As Emma was drying my hair I could see all my roots still through out my hair so I questioned her about it, and told her I wasn't happy with it.
Once she dried the top I could also see my hair at the front was all still totally brunette from where she hadn't bothered putting the colour in. She made up an excuse that she 'didn't want to leave a bleach stain on my face' which totally baffled me as this has NEVER happened before, and never had i heard this said by a hairdresser. The colour she put in was also yellow and brassy, I asked her if she could re-do the colour so I booked myself in for the next day.
When I went back she rushed everything and I was left with blonder yellowy and totally stripy hair than when I went in. In addition she was so grumpy through out making it clear that she was too busy to be wasting her time on me, even though she was the one who buggered it up. I will not be returning, which is a shame as the director and staff are very friendly.
If you do go just don't choose Emma she's obviously very lazy.
