I am very disappointed with this place. Despite its convenient location in Knightsbridge, just a block away from my house, the level of service is particularly poor. This is the 2nd time that I had booked an appointment with them through Wahanda. In the first instance, they cancelled just 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, apologizing that there was a problem with the therapist. On my 2nd booking, they simply turned me away, saying that I should have called them in advance. I did call, but no one was picking up the phone, and they failed to check the message that I left on their answering machine. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and not sure who is more at fault: Wahanda or the salon.
