The massage itself was exactly what I had been looking for as I like my massages quite deep to get at my knots and thought finally somewhere I can get someone who can actually get the knots out as I have been many places who are unable to do so. The therapist knew exactly where my knots were and used enough pressure and technique to get rid of these. The only downside was the location of the therapy room. It's a room off the shop floor (the shop floor is a hairdressers). The walls are quite thin and this means despite the best efforts of the therapist by having the relax music up quite high, I could hear all going on outside. I could hear muffled conversations and hair dyers from outside. I was also unfortunate enough to hear a screaming child as well during my session.i was extremely disappointed by only this aspect of my treatment as it meant my treatment wasn't as relaxing as it could be. I would suggest some proper sound proofing to eliminate this noise. It's an absolute shame as the therapist was amazing and extremely good value for money, but until the sound proofing issue is fixed or the treatment room is moved to another quieter area of the salon I unfortunately won't be returning.
