PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SPA UNTIL YOU READ THIS! I have been to hundreds of spas over the years, but my experience here has literally put me off visiting any spa now. I'll start with facilities in the room - damp towels, stuffy room, music that cuts out and bolster pillows that are NOT covered with any linen. For the amount they charge (I've been to much cheaper places where cleanliness was of a higher standard) I'm amazed simple details like dry towels/sheets to lie on isn't a priority. My main issue with this spa is the fact that they allow my therapist to continue to work here. I will not use her name, but I left feeling disgusted. She was entirely TOO familiar and even though I was wearing knickers, she kept sliding them to the point where I felt exposed and had to adjust them back. As normal, she would adjust the towel to 'hide' body parts; however, would keep pushing them aside to allow nipples etc to become exposed. The whole situation was entirely inappropriate and now I wonder if that is why I have only observed men coming to this spa. Perhaps this is slightly unfair, but if I were to have read a warning like this, I wouldn't have gone in the first place. Massages are supposed to make you feel relaxed and refreshed and as I lied there I felt stresed and uncomfortable. Spas such as these need to make sure they know how their employees behave otherwise no one will want to visit. I plan on making a formal complaint and I sincerely hope you think twice about visiting here.
