The spa itself when we got there was OK, I must admit though I have been to better for a similar cost. The issue I had was around booking. It took me around 15 phone calls to get booked in, between getting cut off and not being called back when leaving messages the whole booking process was painful. When I did get through to book I was told that lunch was included on our package. I had already complained to the manager about the 15 phone calls, she decided to email me back to apologise once again and dropped into the conversation that lunch wasn't included, this was a bit strange when I had discussed it at length and booked a time. My theory is a receptionist made a mistake and rather than admit it they just chose to deny all knowledge. My complaint to more senior management about my whole experience resulted in be being called a liar - they made me feel like I was just after something free - which I wasn't I just wanted someone to say sorry we made a mistake and we apologise. We did get given some free tester products and the reception staff and therapists were delightful but the whole experience was ruined by the management and poor booking experience. I would not go back and would not suggest it to any of my friends and family - in fact I have already deterred a few.
