When we arrived at the spa they didn't even know what was included in the "mini spa day" even though I had already called in advance and booked the treatments. The day also included access to the facilities including swimming pool, jacuzzi , steam room etc, however they didn't realise and tried to charge us before consulting their folder to find out we were right and it was actually included! When I booked the treatments I gave them the vouchers codes and they did not ask for the vouchers to be handed in when we arrived. After we had left they called a member of the group to say we had to return all the vouchers that night and we were not able to post them and if they were not returned they would harrass us until they were handed in! When we returned them and spoke to the manager apparantly we were also meant to be told about money off towards products on the day of our visit.
The vouchers arrived from Wahanda quickly and the experience would have been very nice if it wasn't for the staff at the spa. I would recommend Wahanda but not Dove Spa in Bromley.
