I'm glad I've asked the receptionist exactly where it located before hand, if not it's quite hard to find it, as it is tuck behind the building where the front shop Karen Millen is located. As it is in the old building so the stairs a bit squeaky, but it is in a clean and neat environment. There is a help yourself water cooler at the reception area.

I didn't wait long before I was taken up to the room at the second floor after filling in a registration form. My therapist of the day is Barbra, she sounds experienced. She had a quick look at my skin and gave me a suitable peel for the mini facial. I had skin peel facial before and I love it. So it is no surprise for me what to expect after the treatment. She had suggested to have a course of facial at the end of the treatment, but I think it's quite costly, so I've bought some product instead.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the treatment. In the future if they do drop down the price of the skin peel treatment for promotion, I might go there again.
