The treatments we received were brilliant and I couldn't fault them. Mind you I could hear people talking in the next treatment room, so the soundproof isn't very good. No soothing music is played, which is a shame, but each to their own. The swimming pool was a lot smaller than depicted in the photos as was the gym and the changing rooms for the pool area were tiny. You could just about have four people in there at any one time without getting in each other's way. The shower facilities aren't brilliant and reminded me of the local swimming baths, not a top quality spa. Note that if you go during the holidays or weekends, children are using the pool at certain times, so don't expect to have a quiet relaxing jacuzzi or swim. All in all, I think the facilities are overated.
