Habit Hair

I had highlights and a cut - the highlights were great. The best I've had in a long time, the hairdresser spent a lot of time making sure the colour was as close to my scalp and they paid great attention to detail. If I had gone in for colour it would be 10/10, (even if their shampoo smelt a bit dreadful).
Then came the cut. Oh no. I didn't get my hair dried in the salon because that was going to cost extra - I wish I had because then maybe they would have seen what a shocking job cutting my hair she had done. It's not straight, she cut a fringe straight into my hair and didn't layer it, and even missed a chunk so I have one longer bit than others - I have had to book myself in to another salon today to get it fixed, and I have never had to do this before. I don't know what happened - after all the attention was paid to the colour, my cut is one of the worst I've ever had, it was like they had no more time for me and just wanted to get me out of the shop. The products used weren't very nice at all either. I am sorry, I never usually leave reviews, as I said, the colour was absolutely fantastic but this hair cut is shocking.
