Friday 21 Feb 2014 - I stayed one night for my birthday treat, we arrived late at about 8pm but there was not anyone to greet us at the reception desk, someone came very quickly. It would have helped if there was someone on the desk all the time or a bell to ring. They explained that we would not be able to go for dinner until 8.30pm as they had been very busy. The room was lovely and clean and looked as it had been recently been decorated. The bed very comfortable, service was very good and nothing was to much trouble. A special thanks to Vicky who served us at dinner, very efficient. We were able to use the spa facilities even once we had checked out which was great as we we arrived to late on the first night to use the spa. I would recommend the hotel and had a great time, looking forward to my next visit particularly as it was such a good deal I could not believe the cost.
