Was really pleasantly surprised by our trip as unfortunately Wahanda hadn't made our booking with the hotel correctly, leaving us without our reservation and the treatments we paid for 4 days before we were due to arrive. However despite this the staff at the hotel were brilliant in ensuring this was rectified and that we had received what we paid for and more, by providing an excellent, professional and luxurious service. I am glad to say we will be returning to this hotel again but will not be booking through Wahanda and Last minute.com.
