Hello Fiona I am sorry to hear that you were not attended to properly when you visited. If you send me the date that you visited and your name in full I will look into it. I would like to invite you back to experience your manicure and afternoon tea again with us. Some confusion hsa probably occurred over your pre payment for the pm tea as we have recently swapped over from our old booking system to a much more modern one. Although we were able to get the existing bookings copies over the notes associated with every booking were not so the staff are having to check against each booking daily for any pre existing notes. I hope you can appreciate that this creates a lot of additional work for us at present and the chance of human error if notes are missed from the older bookings. Please do get in touch as we value your custom and don't like to let anybody down. My apologies on behalf of the business and we hope to see you soon so that we can put this right for you.
