This is a letter of complaint regarding the appointment booked for 1:30pm. I sent my mother to go ahead of me and she arrived at a shop where the sign read perfect feet and spa. She was sent away. She was sent away but not given directions to the proper location. She returned and the same happened again. She called me and I rushed down to find her out of breath and distressed due to whole situation. I eventually took her to the correct location where we were greeted very unsypathically. We were informed that we could only get a fish treatment due to the fact that we were late. I explained what had happened but this was insufficient to warrant a rescheduling of the appointment. We were both very disappointed and left the shop felling frustrated and incensed from the whole experience.
I find the inappropriate and confusing promotion from the other shop absolutely unacceptable and would like for something to be done about this. I also think that its very unfair my mother not be given a new appointment with no cost for her distress and the way she was treated. I will not be returning to this venue.
