On the plus side, it is cheap. But the service is impersonal, there is no good customer service. I called them two hours before the appointment just to confirm that my reservation is all right. Somebody answered the phone, without greeting me or introducing themselves.
I got a text message from them, as I found out later, because it didn't contain anything else but an address, without mentioning from whom I got the message or what it is under that address.
I got there on time, and I was waiting about a quarter hour, which is acceptable. There was only one hairdresser, but she was serving three customers at the same time(I had a haircut, the two other lady had their hair dyed.). I showed her a picture what kind of hair I would like to have, it was a short haircut without parting. One of her first question was where I wear my parting. Then she cut my hair, without bothering too much of the picture. I m not too happy with the result. It is not the hair I wanted or anybody would want, it is done without skill and it is not even nor symmetrical.
